Stephen Kelly

Stephen joined ERDS in 2019 and currently leads the Project Management Office (PMO) as our Program Delivery Manager. Stephen offers extensive experience in managing electrical planning, design, and construction projects, with combined project values over $1B, within Transport Infrastructure, Network Design, and Distribution.

An expert in commercial and contract management, Stephen has played key roles in securing and managing bids and building strong customer relationships. Recognised for optimizing operations to achieve both technical and customer excellence, he has greatly enhanced efficiencies while bringing down costs.
